Currently, I don’t see a way for the Investor to narrow down their area search. They can type in the year built, price range, BD/BTH, etc. We should at least have ‘NC:’ and ‘SC:’ Metro check boxes. Let me see what else we can do to drill down to particular areas.
When you’re looking at the home results, an Investor should be able to select homes of interest (like a “Watch List” or “Likes”). So, if an investor is not interested in properties, they should be able to say their not interested and turn off having to view that property every time they pull up their result list. Think about it and then let’s talk about the best way to do this.
