Blake Anderson is a licensed real estate agent with Henderson Properties, serving the greater Charlotte and Concord areas with a client-focused and results-driven approach. He works with both buyers and sellers, bringing a strong understanding of market strategy and value to every transaction.
Blake’s path into real estate was shaped by his background in business development and hands-on experience of building and growing operations. In his previous work, he was responsible for sourcing and purchasing specialized equipment, negotiating pricing and terms, and identifying opportunities for growth; skills that now translate directly into helping clients make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
Blake also has experience working with investment properties, including purchasing, renovating, and reselling homes. This added perspective allows him to better evaluate opportunities and guide clients through the process with clarity and insight.
He is known for being detail-oriented, responsive, and easy to work with, and he takes pride in making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible for his clients.
Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys spending time hiking with his wife and firing up the smoker to make pulled pork. He values time outdoors, good food, and building genuine relationships with the people he works with.
