Renovations & Maintenance Division Manager
As the Renovations & Maintenance Division Manager, Blake leads and oversees Henderson’s full-service in-house division with a focus on operational efficiency. Officially with Henderson Properties since 2018, Blake has been involved in the business from a young age, lending a hand wherever needed. He is the eldest son of co-owners Phil and Shelly Henderson. Before his current role, Blake managed a substantial portfolio of 200+ rental units in the Rentals Department.
Blake’s extensive experience in high-volume property management equips him to excel in his role, ensuring the Renovations & Maintenance Division operates smoothly and efficiently. His responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating vendors, supporting staff, preparing budgets and reports, and training employees—all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Blake holds a degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA, where he also played football and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
