His deep roots in the community, combined with more than five years of hands-on maintenance and renovation experience, give him a unique perspective on real estate. As a newly licensed North Carolina broker, Joe brings fresh energy, practical knowledge, and an eye for potential to every client relationship.
Outside of real estate, Joe has spent the past 12 years pursuing photography as a hobby. He believes great photography comes down to having “the eye”, the ability to see what others might miss. He brings that same eye to real estate, helping buyers recognize a property's potential and sellers showcase what makes their home special.
